You’re invited to my studio for an afternoon Raku session with snacks plus cold and hot drinks. Please bring a dish to add to the buffet.

This is a relaxed session for a few families to come and enjoy the magic of Raku firing. Each piece if lifted from the kiln with special tongs and placed it sawdust for about 10 minutes.

Each person will get to choice either a pot or Christmas decoration to glaze and have Raku fired before your eyes!

The session will from from 1-4pm but may go over time up to 5pm, depending on numbers attending. I’d love to see you there for something a bit different from our usual sessions.

This special session is especially for members of Kowetha.

All Kowetha families welcome. £5 per person (adults & children)

15 places available, please book early so you don’t miss out.

Payment is kept low and is only to cover the costs of materials and firings.

PLEASE NOTE: Each participant will receive a pre-bisque fired item to glaze and fire on the day.

Clay will be available to play with. There will be an extra charge for any items to be fired and collected or posted within 2 weeks.
